If you have your tower up and haven't used your "gin pole" in years I
would like to buy it. I need the one for Rohn 25/45 towers to replace
the one I loaned someone who forgot to return it several years ago.
Thanks

I recall those were a trifle expensive 30 years ago. I can just imagine
what they get for a new one today. Back then a 10' straight section of 25G
sold for around $25 and Rohn spec'd the "25 series" for 60' free-standing
and 200' guyed with 3/16" EHS cable. With today's litiguous society and
fear of lawsuits they probably have downgraded those specs to 20'
free-standing and 60' guyed with mandatory torque-arm stabilizers and
equalizer plates. Anyone besides me notice that KLEIN Tools no longer
sells those wonderful full-floatation leather safety belts? It doesn't
take many Product Liability lawsuits to put you out of business pronto.
